(hereinafter referred to as “TYPSA”) wishes to make it clear that any candidate who fills in this form or applies by e-mail will provide us with personal information that we will use in the recruitment processes. TYPSA will store and use this data, in the terms that will now be indicated, to find out the academic level of the applicants, as well as their aptitudes and skills, which will allow us to assess their suitability for the position.

How long will personal information be kept?
In the event of accepting the job offer made by TYPSA, the personal data collected during the recruitment process will be included in the files and processing of the Human Resources Department until the end of the employment relationship and/or compliance with the legal tax and labour requirements.
In the event that no employment relationship arises, TYPSA will keep your CV for 1 year, during which time it will take you into account in future selection processes, and will even inform you of new positions that match your profile.

TYPSA is particularly concerned about guaranteeing the security of your personal data, which is why they are stored in our information systems, where technical and organisational security measures have been adopted and implemented to prevent any loss or unauthorised use by third parties. The request must include your name, surname, copy of your ID card, address, the right you wish to request and the content of your request. You may fill a claim before the supervisory authority if you are not satisfied with our response to the exercise of your rights.
